Shannon Hodge is a faith-driven leader, entrepreneur, and ministry advocate with a heart for people and community transformation. She spent many years in North Carolina building and leading successful businesses, including owning a Home Instead Senior Care franchise, where she served families with dignity, compassion, and excellence. She also founded Twin City Esthetics, investing deeply in education, mentorship, and the professional development of others within the esthetics industry.
In November 2024, Shannon and her family relocated to Minnesota, answering what she believes was a clear call to step into a new season of ministry and impact. She currently serves as the Local Ministry Director at KKMS 980 AM, The Mission, where she partners with churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations across the Twin Cities and beyond. In this role, she is passionate about amplifying the Gospel, strengthening the local Church, and using media as a powerful tool to bring hope, biblical truth, and prayer into a city and state that deeply need it.
With a unique background that bridges business leadership and ministry calling, Shannon brings both strategic insight and pastoral sensitivity to her work. Her passion is to see believers unified, leaders encouraged, and communities transformed through Christ-centered media, prayer, and purposeful collaboration.
